Our policy is open for 10 days; if 10 days have crossed then we won’t be able to help you with any refund options.
In case of refunds send us the product and we will inspect it, once we approve of the refund, we will notify customers via mail.
When refunds are not reaching on time, notify your credit card company or bank. If all of this has been accomplished and still no results then mail us at our official id.
Shipment costs are non-fundable as part of MyEduline refund policy. When we ship your refund back we will deduct the existing cost from your balance.
